    This position will be a Product Owner for an Agile Development team who is tasked to monitor and control technology changes for the application. Product Owner responsibilities include setting technical strategy for the application in conjunction with sales and operational objectives. This role will also be the change agent that works with management teams and stakeholders to address topics such as adoption of technologies, new development agendas and process and performance issues. The Product Owner must interact with other scrum teams, partners throughout the organization and all stakeholders to prioritize development efforts among competing needs.   


    Key Responsibilities:

    1.      Lead one or more agile teams, Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Branch applications.
    2.      Develop in-depth knowledge of the information needs of the business unit
    3.      Monitor the Product Backlogs for branch channel.
    4.      Partners with Technical Owners to ensure product roadmaps are kept up to date with organization direction.
    5.      Prioritizes and sequences the backlog according to business value, ROI and Stakeholder priority
    6.      Participates in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
    7.      Inspects the product progress at the end of every sprint and responsible to accept or reject any work done.
    8.      Responsible for setting and determining the course of each sprint.
    9.      Regularly communicates status to Business Partners and Stakeholders.
    10.   Communicates the vision, purpose and execution steps to both scrum members and external customers/partners.
    11.   Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
    12.   Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal client experience remains the focus of development efforts.
    13.   Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for a product.


    Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

    1.      Heavily prefer in depth knowledge of branch operations, sales, and day-to day functions.
    2.      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
    3.      Requires a thorough knowledge of standard PC applications including MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
    4.      Preferred thorough knowledge of Agile Methodology
    5.      Candidate must be self-directed with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    6.      Requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    7.      Ability to work well with others in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and with changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
    8.      Ability to drive toward results.
