The Future Leaders Rotational Program is a three-year career development program that recruits top talent from partnerships with highly ranked universities across the country. The program is made up of three phases: learning (6 months), application (two 1-year rotations), and final placement. Through a vast exposure to Commercial Banking, Business Development, Engineering, Risk Management, and other support areas, participants get a thorough overview of the entire bank. Additionally, the program will offer opportunities for domestic and international travel, foreign language training, and many other unique opportunities. This broad perspective, along with extensive job preparation and skills training, assists successful participants in becoming future leaders of BBVA Compass.

The learning portion of the program will take place in Birmingham, Alabama. Placement is not guaranteed and will depend on open positions in one of our metro markets. Placement is also subject to applicable company policies. Geographic mobility is strongly encouraged.
Most work is performed in an indoor, climate-controlled environment with occasional assignments outside the office. Standard business hours, weekdays only.
