LEAP Program- Data Track
The LEAP program recruits top talent from universities across the country and is made up of four components: Learning, Evaluation, Application and Placement. For the data focused track of the LEAP Program, we are looking for highly analytical individuals who have an interest in opportunities to help transform our global organization. Through extensive exposure to Retail and Commercial Banking, Risk Management, Business Development, Engineering, and other support areas, participants get a thorough overview of the entire bank. In addition to this broad perspective, participants will receive extensive Data Scientist job preparation and skills training.
The training program will take place at BBVA Compass corporate headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. Placement is not guaranteed and will depend on open positions. Placement is also subject to applicable company policies.
Most work is performed in an indoor, climate-controlled environment with occasional assignments outside the office. Standard business hours, weekdays only.
