    The Marketing, Strategic Partnerships & Branded Content intern will assist in developing and executing strategies and activations surrounding all US-based BBVA Compass partnerships. The intern will work with team to create the appropriate level of tracking for successful ROI evaluation. The position would be for a duration of 8-10 weeks with 36-40 hours per week.




    • Manage aspects of a retail-focused marketing campaign with BBVA Compass stakeholders but not limited to:
      • Pre-event digital and social promotions coordination
      • Traditional media coordination
      • Community outreach
      • Internal communications
      • On-site activation
      • In-market support from BBVA Compass partners
    • Collaborate in the development of local market events through the appropriate marketing partner and coordinates team-specific promotional opportunities
    • Assist in hospitality/ticket distribution opportunities across BBVA Compass, in support of marketing programs
    • Educate themselves on partnership assets to provide guidance and administrative support to creative agencies and team contacts for deliverables
    • Provide stewardship over partnership assets and track utilization
    • Fulfill ticket requests, ensuring prompt attention to every request and delivering excellent customer service
    • Regularly report to BBVA Compass department leadership on predetermined KPIs met through the campaigns and activations
    • Additional accountabilities as directed/assigned



    • Pursuing a degree in Marketing/Advertising or Business
    • Junior or Senior Collegiate Student
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
    • Ability to work well individually and in teams; proactive in information sharing and support of colleagues
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Ability to adapt and manage change and uncertainty
    • Previous related experience preferred
    • Authorized to work in the US without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
