    Responsibilities

    The Item Processor II for Item Processing is responsible for all job functions required to complete transactions for posting  from various applications including VisionIP, Argo Teller, Argo Central Payments, Argo Magic and VisionIP Distributive capture sites timely to meet intraday and end of day release deadlines.  Additional functions include managing the workflow between distributed capture sites, Outsourced Operations and Argo Teller/Central payments.  The Item Processor II is responsible for communication between Argo CP and Retail branches for Missing Transactions and outstanding Savings Bonds.  Other functions include tracking stats and errors for daily and monthly reports including production volumes for KPI reporting. The hours of this job are 11:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 12:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. on Friday. The perfect candidate MUST have schedule flexibility in the event that they may need to cover for someone else.

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Perform IQA and Duplicate detections, research duplicate items and process required adjustments
    2. Data Entry (serial, routing numbers, account numbers, tran code, amounts)
    3. Perform search queries programmed within VisionIP and handle according to procedures
    4. Balancing defective transactions in Argo CP and reviewing/approving IP functions outsourced.
    5. Monitor outsourced vendor workflow and document findings for daily and monthly reporting.
    6. Send notification to branches for defective transactions and missing savings bonds.
    7. Print and mail customer deposit corrections from Argo Adjustment Manager and VisionIP.
    8. Document all required data in daily tracking logs with a high level of accuracy.
    9. Process Savings Bond Redemption in Argo Magic
    10. Clear Savings Bonds Redeemed Reconcilement timely and according to procedures.
    11. Train and perform other duties/functions as assigned by manager.

    Qualifications

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    1. The hours of this job are 11:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 12:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. on Friday. The perfect candidate MUST have schedule flexibility in the event that they may need to cover for someone else.
    2. High School diploma or GED.
    3. Two years experience in Item Processing or three years in Retail Operations experience.
    4. Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rates.
    5. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Google Mail
    6. Must be available to work flexible shifts
    7. Able to communicate effectively with our internal and external partners.
