    What you will be doing:


    Process requests and/or provide support for Legal Operations Support to include, unclaimed property, government reclamations and levies and garnishments.   


    • Research unclaimed property report in preparation for annual escheat process for all states
    • Work reports to identify date of last customer contact
    • Prepare Due Diligence Letters to customers prior to escheating
    • Assist with final preparation of unclaimed Safebox contents to all footprint states
    • Review and process government reclamations received in the department
    • Review and process levies and garnishments received in the department
    • Assist branches with any Legal Ops Support questions
    • Processes monetary transactions
    • Resolve monetary and non monetary errors


    What you will bring:


    • High school diploma or GED
    • At least one year of branch, bank operations and/or have demonstrated experience and a strong inclination when performing arduous assignments
    • Must be able to work at a fast pace while exercising complete accuracy
    • Must have the ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills 
    • Must be self-motivated, multi-task oriented and have good time management skills
    • Excellent customer service and written communication skills
    • PC knowledge and excellent data entry skills
    • Must be a team player and willing to cross-train on other department functions
