BRS Client Technology Trainer I-II

Conduct daily detailed training sessions with new and existing clients across multiple complex Treasury Management applications. Provide assistance with completing customer onboarding requests as needed. In addition, provide assistance with ad hoc projects that impact the Client Technology and Deployment department.

  1. Plans and delivers complex product training programs of various treasury management applications using instructor-led, train-the trainer, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats.
  2. Conducts client-specific training needs assessments to identify and evaluate relevant training topics for select products.
  3. Conducts or facilitates general and/or specific Treasury Management training programs.
  4. Participates in effective training delivery including analysis, implementation, testing and documentation of product collateral.
  5. Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to defined training programs.
  6. Consults with cross functional onboarding and support teams, leaders and/or stakeholders.
  7. Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
  8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years banking experience or equivalent working experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to work effectively with a wide range of clients using advanced analytical, business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to interpret training needs and deliver effective instructional presentations.
  • Proficient in various browser applications used on PC and Mac systems.
  • Skilled in analyzing target audience and presenting ideas in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to train adult learners and novice computer users required.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred. 
  • Must be available to work rotating flex schedule (6:30am CT to 7:00pm CT).
