The BBVA Compass UX & Design team is searching for thoughtful, talented UX Design Lead to create user experiences and UI designs that are elegant, useful and intuitive for our Online Account Opening (OAO) service. Our ideal candidate is a designer at heart who can blend business needs and technical requirements into excellent, effective design solutions. - Defines and designs the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for Online Account Opening (OAO) across all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Coordinates with product owners and internal stakeholders to define UX for digital products and services for consumer, small business and other lines-of-business
- Creates UX design documents and UI assets including graphics, wireframes, screen flows, sitemaps, design concepts, mockups and prototypes to fulfill business requirements
- Creates and upholds the user experience and design quality of OAO through their own work and management of internal and external design resources
- Maintains corporate brand guidelines. Creates visual and interactive standards and style guides for the company’s digital products and services.
- Coordinates with Digital Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Channel Development, Engineering and other lines-of-business in executing designs
