The Technical Team Lead will support the project team and Finastra Loan IQ application/platform. This role will be responsible for providing analysis, subject matter expertise, and project support primarily for the Interface/Mapping, Report Design, and Requirements documentation activities on the Loan IQ Syndciation Platform project. In this role, the individual will need to understand the business needs, issues, data and system impacts related to the Loan IQ application ensuring any changes that may be introduced to the project or technology platforms/LIQ application are feasible, actionable, effective, testable and efficient. This position will serve as the liaison between the LOB, Development, IT, Business Partner, TQS, vendors (Finastra, Accenture, etc.) and is key to ensuring the end users vision is translated into actionable deliverables by the programming and IT teams.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems, or equivalent experience and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in business systems support, design, change management, training, and adoption.
Must have strong functional knowledge, or have the aptitude to develop strong functional knowledge, of business processes, and requirements including major areas of loan accounting, Loan IQ software, and the Loan Operations Reporting Platform. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, handle multiple concurrent tasks and learn new business systems quickly.
